You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the website footer.

The technologies we use

Essential cookies
Used for website functionality, form security and remembering your cookie preferences.

Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager
Used to understand how visitors use our website and measure website activity.

Google Ads
Used to measure enquiries generated from our advertising and, where permitted, show relevant advertising to previous visitors.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API
Used to measure Facebook and Instagram advertising performance and create relevant advertising audiences.

Enhanced conversions and Conversions API

When you submit a form, we may send a hashed version of your email address or phone number to Google or Meta.

Hashing converts the information into a one-way format that is not sent as readable contact information. This can help match an enquiry with an advertising interaction.

We only do this where you have provided the necessary consent.

Where you have provided marketing consent, we may use hashed contact information with services such as Google Customer Match or Meta Custom Audiences.

These tools may be used to show you relevant advertising or exclude you from certain advertising campaigns.

You can control cookies and advertising

  • Your browser’s cookie controls
  • Google Ad Settings
  • The Google Analytics opt-out tool
  • Meta’s advertising preferences
